The STJ leadership academy is an opportunity for girls grades 10th and 11th to participate in a yearlong academic leadership program around specific disciplines. Each academic year will focus on a specific discipline such as education, science, business, social justice, etc. 

 

Each student will be paired with a mentor in the specific field of study for that year who will have regularly scheduled meetings to cultivate the relationship. Students will also participate in monthly enrichment sessions. 

 

The academy will assist students in developing leadership, interpersonal and life skills to not only assist the students as they pursue educational opportunities but also as they move forward in careers.
